Family Dogs New Life:
The Family Dogs New Life takes in dogs the
other shelters have deemed unadoptable.
They also take in dogs from Oregon and
Washington Animal Control who have run out
of time. Their goal is to reduce the number of
dog being euthanized. Since 2004 they have
placed over 6000 pets into permanent homes

Cat Adoption Team:
The Cat Adoption Team cares for as many as
600 cats at a time. They receive no
government funding and relies on the
support of people like you.
"CAT’s mission is to work with our
community to save the lives of homeless,
sick and injured cats and kittens by offering
shelter, adoption, foster, hospice, and
veterinary services to end needless feline
euthanasia in our community."

Columbia Humane Society:
Located in St. Helens, Columbia Humane
Society provides shelter and medical care for
hundreds of dogs and cats each year. They
are open 11 AM to 5 PM Tuesday - Saturday.
They are located in the Holsheimer-Lamar
Animal Shelter and welcome you to come by
and help walk, pet and cuddle their dogs and
cats.
